8 ounces.

seafood to your nutrition allows you to live a healthy life with a proper diet.

Fast foods might give you a good tase for temporary,
but eventually, they increase fat, spoil your fitness, reduce stamina, and
create plenty of diseases in the future. Make sure you start avoiding fast food
and eat only healthy food.
